Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before it is shipped.
Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that most orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed.
Example:
If you place your order on Monday, it will typically ship on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please note that shipping fees, including any express shipping upgrades, are non-refundable once your order has been processed.
Delivery
Most packages are delivered directly to your mailbox or front door.
Depending on the shipping carrier and delivery location, a signature may or may not be required.
The final decision regarding whether a package can be safely left at the delivery address is made by the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order
